The RIGHT way to do it.

That post is fundamentally flawed. It's way easier to tear toilet paper if it's hung the under way. And you'll definitely use less because of that. If you hang it the over way it doesn't tear and doesn't tear and just keeps unrolling, but if you hang it the RIGHT way (i.e., the under way), it tears off neatly and cleanly and uses less paper.
